Black Friday might just be one of the most interesting days in all of retail. This is when brands cash in all of the leverage they've built up with you, all bets are off, and Right Hooks (straightforward asks for your business) rule the roost. For this set of studies, I decided to specifically focus on Twitter. (PS.
