We require an experienced professional who will be responsible for writing content for social media channels, Conceptualizing and ideating client campaigns from a content standpoint. Identifying and implementing strategies for leveraging social media, to ensure that the brand perception is favorable among online community, increased brand loyalty among customers, higher organizational awareness about the perceptions and opinions of fans/customers. He will be expected to contribute individually, and lead, manage or participate in
- Manage client presence in social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other similar community sites.
- Research: Discover new tools, applications and trends in social media.
- Content Plan: Prepare a posting calendar with content buckets for different social media channels.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly reports for channel-wise and campaign performance. Monitor click throughs, site visits, community growth etc.
- Ideas: Ideate new ideas for consumer engagement. Think Campaigns, Think Contests, Think Customer acquisition strategies.
- Coordinate with graphics designer to prepare creatives for social media.
