How to use Goo.gl
- First, sign up for a free Google account (note: if you have Gmail, then you have one already)
- Then go to http://goo.gl/, sign-in and enter or paste in the long web address, e.g., http://www.increaseonlineprofits.com/.
- Then you receive your shortened web address: http://goo.gl/ZEhL.
- Click on "Details" and you'll see the QR code for the link you shortened.
- Not only that, but you'll also see analytics for the link:
- How many people clicked on the link, what websites they came from ("Referrers"), as well as their Countries, Browsers, and Platforms.
- So you're getting some aggregated info about who's attracted by your link which might be useful in formulating or tweaking your marketing strategies.

Hello,
From being a mere avenue for data processing and connectivity, it has quickly gained a knack for being socially oriented, creating a multi community rather than just simply being a data transfer protocol.
