Our SMM class has spent time looking at Best Practices from companies and large brands. Karl Kasca and I highlighted Being Peter Kim's blog as a great repository of these Best Practices. Being Peter Kim has now created a Wiki (we talked about uses for wikis in last week's class) of these examples. The beauty of a Wiki is that now others can add to and update the list.
