Throughout the semester, we've highlighted examples of corporations using Social Media for brand awareness, customer relationship management, reputation monitoring, etc. Via Twitter, I've communicated with Scott Monty, Social Media Marketing Director for Ford Motor Company, and we have a student in class this semester who works for Ford in marketing here in Southern California. I was pleased to see this article this morning as it is very timely to our class. Kudos to Scott and Ford Motor Company for their forward leaning stance.
